Louise Norris is a Partner in our Commercial Property team in Glasgow.
She advises on a broad range of real estate transactions, including investment acquisitions and disposals; development and site assembly projects (both residential and commercial); refinancing transactions, corporate support and restructuring; leasing; asset management; and acquisitions of heritage property.
Louise spent ten years specialising in property law in the USA, where she carried out rectification work for developers and title insurance companies. Since her return to Scotland in 2008 Louise has acted for a wide range of UK and international clients including PLCs, investors, developers, landowners, private equity firms, public sector bodies, and occupational landlords and tenants.
She works across multiple sectors, including office, logistics, third sector, hospitality, development, and arts and heritage.
She is a Notary Public and a Member of Women in Property.
