Mairi Innes is a Senior Associate in our Residential Property team, based in our Perth office.
Mairi knows the Perthshire and Dundee residential property market well, having worked in the area for many years. She has experience in completing residential sale and purchase transactions, remortgages, transfers of title, new-build and developer purchase and sale transactions, and separate representation lending instructions.
Through her direct and practical approach, Mairi provides support and security to clients, whether they are relocating their family, remortgaging or refurbishing their existing property, or anything in between.
Mairi obtained her LLB qualification in 2015 and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice with Merit in 2016, both from the University of Glasgow. She trained in Residential Conveyancing with a local Perth firm and qualified in 2018.
