Newly qualified Solicitor Michael is quickly building his experience in all areas of family law, bringing strong people skills to every situation
Michael Higgins is a Solicitor in our Family Law team.
Michael completed his traineeship with Lindsays in 2025, also gaining experience in our Private Client Services and Personal Injury teams.
He gained his Scots Law LLB in 2022 and completed his Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2023 at University of Strathclyde.
Michael is a committee member of the Trainee and Newly Qualified Society, which forms part of the Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow. During his time on the committee, he has chaired educational seminars tailored to the needs of trainee and newly qualified solicitors.
He is also a Notary Public.
