Natasha Johnson is an Associate in our Employment Law team.
She advises a wide range of employer clients, especially in the hospitality, recruitment, and logistics sectors. She has also supported individuals on employment issues.
Natasha has specialised in employment law since 2021. After training at an international firm, she worked at other national firms, covering both contentious and non-contentious issues.
Her experience includes representing clients at Tribunals, judicial mediation, advising on disciplinary issues and grievances, redundancy situations, negotiated exits, and contractual issues.
