Niamh Woodward is a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. She graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2021 with an LLB (Hons), completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2022, and qualified as a Solicitor in 2024. She is also a Notary Public.
Niamh advises individuals, families, and businesses across Scotland on a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters. She has a particular interest in issues involving Wills and Executries and regularly helps clients navigate these often sensitive and complex disputes. Her experience also includes debt recovery, boundary and property disputes, consumer issues, and repossession actions.
Niamh acts for both pursuers and defenders, giving her a balanced perspective that helps clients understand their options and the potential paths forward. She is experienced in appearing in courts across Scotland and works with clients to resolve disputes in a way that feels fair, measured, and grounded in practical reality.
She understands that going to court can feel daunting and is often a last resort. Niamh takes time to explain processes clearly and will always explore alternative ways to resolve issues wherever possible—helping clients move forward with confidence.
