Oliwia Osuch is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team in Edinburgh.
Since qualifying in January 2025, she has quickly gained experience advising on a broad range of commercial property matters. This includes acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, and property-related aspects of corporate transactions.
Oliwia has acted for a wide variety of clients including corporate occupiers, charities, a harbour trust, clients in the industrial sector, and leisure and hospitality clients. She enjoys building effective working relationships with clients and professional advisers.
