Pauline Dalbeck is Lindsays' HR Director. She is responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that align with our firm’s objectives and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
As well as ensuring the effective management of all HR operations, she works with our firm’s senior leadership team to enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Pauline is a qualified Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and has worked in the professional services sector for over 16 years.
