Rachel is a Partner in our Commercial Property team.
She advises clients on all aspects of commercial property work, acting for businesses, developers, investors and property owners across a broad range of transactions and projects.
Rachel has experience supporting clients with acquisitions and disposals, with a particular focus on residential development projects. She also advises on leasing matters, refinancing transactions, corporate support and ongoing asset management, providing commercially focused advice tailored to her client’s objectives.
Having started her legal career as a trainee with Dallas McMillan, Rachel progressed through the firm and was appointed Partner in 2024. She joined Lindsays following the merger with Dallas McMillan in 2026.
Alongside her commercial property practice, Rachel has a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the legal sector.
