She assists clients with a variety of personal injury claims, helping to progress cases efficiently and ensuring clients are kept informed from the outset of their claim through to its resolution.

Working as part of our specialist Personal Injury team, Shannen supports individuals seeking compensation following accidents and injuries, contributing to the delivery of a responsive and effective service.

Shannen holds a BA (Hons) in Business Law from Glasgow Caledonian University as well as an Accreditation in Reparation Law from the Law Society of Scotland.
