Sharon Drysdale is a Director in Commercial Property team.

She has experience in a wide range of property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, leasing for landlords and tenants of properties for various uses, property development, property finance on behalf of borrowers and lenders, and the property aspects of corporate transactions.

Her significant experience spans large-scale property projects, development sites, infrastructure projects (acting for landowners and project companies), and renewable energy projects, and she brings an excellent level of technical ability to our team. She also enjoys working closely with local businesses, providing practical and commercially focused advice to support their property needs.
