Sharon Somerville is a Senior Associate in our Dundee office, where she plays a key role in providing corporate law advice and services across Tayside.
With extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, Sharon advises clients on business acquisitions and disposals and other M&A deals, corporate reorganisations, commercial contracts, and intellectual property.
She previously worked with Davidson Chalmers Stewart in Edinburgh and, earlier in her career, spent over two years as a Senior Solicitor with Miller Hendry in Dundee, before its merger with Lindsays.
Passionate about supporting local businesses, she is committed to helping SMEs – including Dundee’s thriving games sector – achieve their growth ambitions.
