Simon Smith is an Associate in our Private Client Services team. He helps clients with a range of private client issues, including preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney, administering executries and trusts, and carrying out inheritance tax planning.
As a graduate entrant to law, Simon completed the LLB online at Robert Gordon University, then the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Dundee, and then his traineeship in Fife, qualifying in 2020.
Simon is an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a Notary Public.
