Stephen O’Hare is a Partner in our Private Client Services team, working in our Perth and Crieff offices.
He advises clients on all aspects of succession planning and other planning for the future including Wills, Powers of Attorney, executries and Trusts. Stephen also helps clients with planning for the costs of care and residential homes, and inheritance tax planning.
In all these areas, he regularly advises high-net-worth clients and business owners and deals with complex estates and executries.
Stephen is a Notary Public and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
