Tabinda is a Solicitor in our Banking & Finance team, bringing a strong transactional background shaped by experience across commercial real estate and corporate work. In her previous role as a Paralegal with another firm, she worked as a Paralegal in Commercial Real Estate, where she gained hands‑on experience acting for a lender — reviewing titles, preparing reports on title, and managing post‑completion registrations. This early grounding gave her a clear, practical understanding of the key issues that matter in finance‑driven transactions.
During her traineeship, Tabinda completed seats in both the Corporate and Commercial Real Estate team with her previous firm, contributing to a wide variety of deals and further developing her transactional skillset. She originally qualified into the Corporate team, where she advised on licensing matters and carried out detailed due diligence for both businesses and individuals.
Her training also included a seat in Employment, offering her a broader awareness of the additional considerations that can arise for clients across different aspects of their operations.
Known for her methodical and professional approach, Tabinda supports clients with clarity and care, ensuring they feel informed, reassured and confident throughout every stage of their transaction.
