Tanya Yesipova is a Solicitor working in our Rural – Land & Business team.
She supports clients on a range of rural property and land matters, including the sale and purchase of rural properties, voluntary registration and agricultural tenancies.
Tanya completed her Graduate LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Aberdeen. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2025.

That includes buying and selling, agricultural tenancies and crofting, access rights and servitudes, renewables, minerals and telecoms, rural disputes, and the contracts that support rural businesses. We also have specialist experience in Scottish barony titles and heraldry, including the sale and purchase of feudal dignities.
