Tim is an Associate in our Rural Services team based in Edinburgh.
He is involved in dealing with a wide range of rural property transactions for individuals, land owners and businesses.
Tim’s background includes experience in residential conveyancing as well as the sale and purchase of rural properties, farms and estates, agricultural leasing, disputes between landlord and tenant, renewable energy schemes, and the acquisition and disposal of estates, farms and forestry.
Tim is a member of the Law Society of Scotland and Notary Public.
