Zoe Campbell is an Accredited Debt Recovery Paralegal in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team.
She helps clients recover debts owed to them, using simple procedure and ordinary cause debt recovery actions. She also supports them on the enforcement of judgments, making use of a range of legal procedures including payments, arrestments, and inhibitions.
Zoe also has experience dealing with Wills and executry disputes, and is involved in the raising of Guardianships in the Sheriff Court.
