Preventing sexual harassment at work:
Meeting the "all reasonable steps" duty

Duration: 2 hours

Employers are under increasing scrutiny to demonstrate the steps they have taken to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. With the strengthened duty to take "all reasonable steps" to prevent sexual harassment, alongside new obligations relating to third-party harassment, organisations need to take a proactive approach to managing risk.

This interactive two-hour workshop is designed for HR professionals and line managers and provides practical guidance on identifying and preventing sexual harassment, conducting workplace risk assessments, managing complaints, and responding effectively to harassment from third parties.

Participants will leave with a clear understanding of their responsibilities and the measures needed to help create a safe, respectful and legally compliant workplace.
