Our Preliminary Advice Package is designed to give you a clear understanding of your options and the remedies available to you in the event of separation including different methods of dispute resolution, all at a fixed fee.
Our current fixed fee offer for this package is £275 plus VAT.
The package comprises:
- Consultation - an hour's consultation with one of our family lawyers. During the consultation we will obtain relevant details from you and identify your priorities. We will assist you in identifying the practical steps that can be taken by you to progress your case towards overall settlement. We will then provide you with pragmatic and clear legal advice tailored to your situation. You will be given a useful client information pack.
- Estimate - we will also provide an estimate of costs for the next steps. Fixed fee options may be available for some of our services.
- Additional advice - we can also arrange for free mortgage and preliminary estate agency advice to be provided if helpful.
We will ask you to make payment of the £275 at the end of the meeting.
