Our commercial property team, led by partner Derek Nash, recently assisted luxury kitchen company Tom Howley who have opened their first Scottish showroom in Edinburgh.
Tom Howley is one of the UK’s leading kitchen companies which specialises in designing, manufacturing and installing exquisite bespoke kitchens that are tailored to each customer’s lifestyle and individual needs.
The new showroom which is located at 15 North West Circus Place in the heart of Edinburgh’s Stockbridge district showcases a range of stunning handcrafted kitchens ranging from contemporary modern designs to classic styles.
The commercial property team members who assisted in the deal were Derek Nash, Partner and Dawn Anderson, Director.
Commenting on the deal Keith Bennett, Tom Howley’s Finance & Commercial Director said: “We are delighted to have opened our first Scottish showroom in Edinburgh and were thrilled that the launch event on 19th September which featured a cooking demonstration by celebrity chef Tom Kitchin was so well attended. Our new space gives us the opportunity to display a wide range of our bespoke products including handcrafted kitchens, pantries, appliances and accessories.”
Mr Bennett added: “We have made a substantial investment into our first Tom Howley showroom in Scotland and we therefore needed a trusted Scottish legal team to guide us through the intricacies of Scottish property law and protect our interests. Derek, Dawn and the team at Lindsays not only managed the process effectively but provided us with a good commercial understanding of property requirements in Scotland. We will have no hesitation in using Derek and his team for further new showroom acquisitions as we continue to expand the Tom Howley brand.”
