About Alex
Alex is a Scottish Solicitor in our Commercial Property team in Edinburgh. Alex is a Member of The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple in England and Wales. He acts for clients on a wide range of property matters including commercial and residential purchases, sales, and leases.
Alex completed his Accelerated Dual Qualified LLB in Scots Law with English Law at the University of Aberdeen in 2021 and subsequently attended the University of Edinburgh for his Diploma in Professional Legal Practice which he graduated in 2022. During 2021 and 2022, he was the Engagement Lead and an Adviser at the University of Edinburgh Free Legal Advice Centre. He was then trained in a local full-service law firm.
Before his career as a Solicitor, he studied Philosophy and German at the University of Sussex and the University of Oxford. He also had extensive overseas in-house, governmental, international law firms’ and chambers’ experience in Hong Kong.
