About Katherine
Katherine is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team based in Dundee. Katherine advises on a wide variety of civil litigation areas including guardianships, contract disputes, debt recovery, sequestration, private landlord and tenant matters, property disputes and general commercial disputes including landlord/tenant matters.
Katherine is experienced in appearing at Sheriff Courts across Scotland and before Tribunals. She has experience representing clients, both individuals and companies, in pursing and defending disputes. Katherine understands that the Court process is a last resort for many clients and will always look at alternative methods of resolving disputes for her clients whilst providing clear communication in respect of the process and costs.
