About Stephanie
Stephanie is a Partner in our Commercial Property team based in Edinburgh. She has over 25 years of experience across the full spectrum of commercial property law, including providing in-house support in the public sector and advising on high-value transactions.
Stephanie assists clients in relation to investment purchases and sales transactions, acting for landlords and tenants in commercial leases, asset and lease management issues, dilapidations claims, advising on Scottish property aspects of cross border deals and the property elements of corporate acquisitions and disposals and property finance.
Stephanie is a member of the Investment Property Forum. She acts for a wide variety of clients across sectors including corporate occupiers, charities, a harbour trust, owned managed businesses, clients in the industrial sector, leisure and hospitality clients.
