Natasha is an Associate based at our Edinburgh office within the Employment Law team.
Having trained at an international firm before working at other national firms, Natasha has specialised in employment law since 2021. She has experience in advising a wide range of employer clients including SMEs; those in the hospitality sector, recruitment, and logistics. She has additional experience advising individuals. Natasha's experience has been broad to date, with day-to-day work encompassing both contentious and non-contentious matters. This has included representation at Tribunal for clients, experience in Judicial Mediation, advising on disciplinaries & grievances, redundancy situations, negotiated exits, and contractual issues.
