Reporting to: Property Managers/Director of Residential Services
Location: Edinburgh
Working hours: 9am-5pm
Monday-Friday (35 hours per week)
Job Type: Permanent

The Role:
We have a great opportunity for a Property Assistant with relevant experience to join our forward thinking and dynamic team in Edinburgh to assist the Property Managers and fee earners in estate agency and property services.

Key experience and skills required:
- Methodical approach to work with good organisational skills and able to work to demanding time scales.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong team worker.
- In depth knowledge of the department’s work
Main Duties:
- Uploading new properties to Reapit estate agency system and to ESPC
- General correspondence including sending out the sale pack and money laundering info
- Making amendments to insertions and schedules
- Sending out fee notes for estate agency only
- Updating sales spreadsheet
- Arranging property viewings and viewing payments
- Requesting title deeds
- Updating estate agency database
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Registering keys
