Clair is a Senior Associate in our Family Law team based in our Perth and Dundee office.
Clair assists with a wide range of family law issues including the financial aspects of divorce and separation, cohabitation agreements and disputes arising where a cohabitee has passed away. She also has a particular interest in Child Law matters including contact and residence disputes, relocation issues and specific issue orders. Clair has advised many parents where their child has Additional Support Needs.
She is an Accredited Specialist by the Law Society of Scotland in both Family and Child Law. She is also Certified in Trauma-Informed Law by the Law Society, recognising the impact that trauma has on individuals and their decision making.
Clair is a member of the Family Law Association, the Law Society of Scotland and a Notary Public.
