Louise is a Partner in our Commercial Property team. She has experience acting for a wide range of clients including investors, commercial developers, landlords, tenants, SME’s, Charity clients, lenders and public sector clients.
Louise spent ten years specialising in property law in the USA, where she carried out rectification work for developers and title insurance companies. Since her return to Scotland in 2008 her commercial property experience includes working on acquisitions and disposals, public sector work, all aspects of commercial leasing (acting for both landlords and tenants), security work, development and complex title work.
"Louis is fully invested in what we stand for and has given up so much of her time to deliver solid advice and explanations as to the reasons for such advice. The manner in which advice is delivered is without prejudice and has propelled my knowledge and confidence from nothing to sufficiently confident from which the charity has really benefitted."
