Brian is a Senior Associate based in our Glasgow office and is part of the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. He joined Lindsays in 2014 after training with an established specialist litigation firm. He has represented clients in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland for over 4 years.
Managing a diverse commercial caseload, Brian can advise on several key areas of commercial dispute resolution, including: debt recovery and enforcement, commercial property disputes, professional negligence, actions for interdict and inter-company/ partnership disputes.
He has also acted for private individuals in a range of areas, including actions for defamation, neighbour, residential property and rural disputes.
Brian combines his litigation experience with drive and commitment to provide all of his clients with tailored pragmatic advice in order to achieve practical solutions in a range of disputes, both in and out of court.
