Eve is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Debt Recovery Paralegal in our Debt Recovery team in Glasgow. She has more than five years’ experience in assisting clients recover monies owed to them.
Eve raises actions in courts across Scotland, primarily using Simple Procedure (for most debts up to £5,000) and Ordinary Cause actions (most debts for in excess of £5,000). Eve advises clients on all forms of post-decree (judgment) enforcement including bank & third party arrestment (‘freezing’ orders), earnings arrestment, inhibition (effectively preventing the sale of heritable property) and ultimately insolvency options.
Eve works with a wide range of clients including SMEs, property factors, housing associations and private individuals.
