Nicole is a Partner within our Private Client team based in Edinburgh. She has over 16 years of experience in advising individuals and families on a wide range of private client matters and is an Affiliate Member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Nicole provides a full range of Private Client services, such as dealing with the administration of estates (advising executors and beneficiaries) including contentious estates and post-death planning and dealing with the creation, administration and winding up of Trusts (advising trustees and beneficiaries). She handles Powers of Attorney and Living Wills and also provides a bespoke Wills drafting service and advice for the elder client.
Nicole has considerable experience in advising clients on Inheritance Tax planning and estate planning tailored to our clients’ needs and often works closely with financial advisors and accountants when providing advice on succession planning.
