Tracey is a Senior Paralegal with over 10 years’ experience in all aspects of private client work. Before that, Tracey had 15 years' experience in legal offices as office manager and in finance roles, as a result she has very good experience in cashroom procedures which serves her well in her current roll.
Tracey cover all aspects of Estate and Executry Administration and has gained experience and knowledge relating to inheritance tax, including the application of various reliefs and exemptions such as taper relief and transferable nil rate bands. She also has experience in dealing with Succession and Co-habitee claims in accordance with Section 9 of the Family Law (Scotland) Act 2006.
Tracey qualified as a Scottish Law Accountant in 2007 with distinction and is a
member of the Society of Law Accountants in Scotland (SOLAS). In addition she has been lecturing for Solas in Cashroom Administration and the feeing of business
accounts for the past few years.
