About Caitlin
Caitlin is an Associate in our Private Client team, based in the Edinburgh office.
Caitlin provides a full range of Private Client services to individuals, families and businesses. Drawing on her rural property experience gained during her traineeship with the firm, Caitlin regularly advises both business owners and farming clients in relation tax and succession planning.
She also has a particular interest, and experience, in advising clients in complex, contentious and cross-border estates.
Caitlin is a Solicitor Supervisor with the University of Edinburgh's Free Legal Advice Centre supporting current law students to deliver pro-bono advice to members of the local community.
She is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is currently undertaking the professional STEP Diploma.
She is also a Foreign & Commonwealth Office registered Notary Public.
