Lesley McKinlay is an Associate in our Private Client Services team, with many years of experience in all areas of private client work.
She deals with a wide variety of private client matters, including drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney, and administering trusts and executries. This includes the administration of estates with an international element.
Lesley also regularly advises on succession planning and inheritance tax planning.
Lesley studied at Aberdeen University for both the Scots Law LLB and the Diploma in Legal Practice.
