Sam Morton is a Senior Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team.
Sam deals with a variety of civil disputes, including Guardianships. He regularly appears in Sheriff Courts throughout Tayside and beyond, especially in Dundee, Perth, and Forfar, and even appears (by video) in Kirkwall!
Sam graduated from the University of Dundee with an LLB (Hons) in Scots Law with Politics in 2018, followed by a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2020.
